Canine Heritage™ Breed Test comes to you in a tube style package which also serves as the return mailer.
The package contains:

· Data Sheet
· Sample Submission Form
· One DNA CheekSwab Collection Brush
· Easy-to-Follow DNA Sample Collection Instructions
· Pre-Paid Return Mailer

Simply follow the provided directions, included with the Canine Heritage™ kit, place the swab in the packaging tube, reverse the tube liner so the pre-paid mailing label can be seen through the tube and drop in a mail box. 

In 4-6 weeks, results will be sent back to you in the form of a frame quality Certificate of DNA Breed Analysis.  If you provide a digital photo of your pet, it will also be printed on the certificate at no extra charge.

Canine Heritage™ Breed Test only works for the above breeds that have been validated.  If your pet’s breed composition contains non-validated breed(s) the test may identify breed(s) earlier in your dog’s ancestry.  This may cause identification of apparent unlikely breeds for your pet’s composition.

Canine Heritage™  Breed Test is for determining breed composition only.  An individual may be able to infer health, personality, or behavior of a dog from the “general” characteristics of the identified breed(s).  Individual results may vary, consult your veterinarian for issues relating to your pet’s health and breed.
